Papua New Guinea — Kuta Mill (A/X Grade)
Papua New Guinea — Kuta Mill (A/X Grade)
Papua New Guinea — Kuta Mill (A/X Grade)
From the mist-covered ridges of the Waghi Valley in Papua New Guinea's Western Highlands, this A/X grade lot is a testament to what smallholder farming communities can achieve when tradition meets careful milling. Grown by farmers from the Ulga and Kolga tribal communities at elevations between 1,550 and 1,600 masl, these Typica, Arusha, and Bourbon-lineage cultivars are fully washed and sun-dried at the Kuta Coffee Mill on Kuta Ridge.
In the cup, expect a silky, round body with a gentle lemon-like brightness and a clean, sweet finish with a lightly earthy quality that speaks to the land it came from.
Tasting Notes
