At Good Medicine Coffee, we believe great coffee is worth the wait! Our coffee is freshly roasted and carefully prepared before shipping to ensure quality and freshness.
1. Roasting & Order Processing
Please allow up to 5 business days for your coffee to be roasted, packaged, and shipped.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Our 5-business-day processing timeframe does not include carrier transit time.
2. Shipping Locations
Good Medicine Coffee ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
Available shipping destinations are confirmed during checkout.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly identified at checkout.
4. Delivery Times
Once your order has been roasted, packaged, and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier, selected service, and destination.
Total delivery time = Up to 5 business days for roasting and processing + carrier transit time.
Delivery estimates may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
